राजस्थान पुलिस विभाग में उस समय हड़कंप मच गया जब एक साथ 38 कांस्टेबलों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज होने की जानकारी सामने आई। यह मामला कांस्टेबल भर्ती प्रक्रिया से जुड़ा हुआ है, जिसमें फर्जी दस्तावेजों और डमी कैंडिडेट के जरिए नौकरी हासिल करने के गंभीर आरोप लगाए गए हैं। स्पेशल ऑपरेशन ग्रुप (SOG) की विस्तृत जांच के बाद इन सभी मामलों को दर्ज किया गया है।

सूत्रों के अनुसार, जांच में सामने आया कि भर्ती परीक्षा के दौरान कुछ अभ्यर्थियों ने स्वयं परीक्षा देने के बजाय डमी उम्मीदवारों को बैठाया। इसके अलावा शैक्षणिक प्रमाण पत्र, पहचान पत्र और अन्य जरूरी दस्तावेजों में भी गड़बड़ियां पाई गईं। तकनीकी साक्ष्यों और रिकॉर्ड की पुष्टि के बाद एसओजी ने कार्रवाई करते हुए संबंधित थानों में एफआईआर दर्ज करवाई।

इस कार्रवाई के बाद पुलिस मुख्यालय में भी हलचल तेज हो गई है। भर्ती प्रक्रिया की पारदर्शिता और निगरानी व्यवस्था पर सवाल खड़े हो रहे हैं। अधिकारियों का कहना है कि यह जांच केवल यहीं तक सीमित नहीं रहेगी, बल्कि अन्य बैचों और भर्तियों की भी गहन समीक्षा की जा रही है।

सरकार और पुलिस प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट संदेश दिया है कि भर्ती में किसी भी तरह की अनियमितता बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। दोषी पाए जाने वाले कर्मियों के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई के साथ-साथ सेवा से बर्खास्तगी जैसी कार्रवाई भी की जा सकती है।
